Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Basics Bookmark card

Bookmark card made using Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Basics stamp set

Good morning everyone, how are you today? The sun is shining here yay! I’m going to jump straight in with today’s card. It’s one I made for a Facebook challenge group I’m a part of. The brief was to make a card using tone on tone stamping and paint chip embellishments. It also had to have a detachable bookmark on it too. This is what I came up with.

I used Crumb Cake card stock and  Crumb Cake ink to stamp the flowers and sentiment from the Butterfly Basics stamp set (available in wood , clear and photopolymer) .

I had the bookmark as a detachable side panel using the Scalloped Tag Topper punch to shape the top.  I wish I had gone a bit further with the watercolouring now and covered more of the white panel.

Well thats it from me today. I hope you like the card. Before I go just a reminder about the weekly deals. Go and check them out! There are some crafty little bargains, I can tell you!
