Welcome to another Pinkies Blog Hop! As it’s World Card Making Day today, we hope everyone will get some time to craft, and we’ve created some lovely projects to help inspire you to create your own beautiful card. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

I had a lovely morning the week before last with my lovely downline Evelyn. She brought some  of her stamp sets with her for me to have a play with and she had a go with some of mine. I came up with this card for the 3 Kings. I love the strip of glimmer paper down the side, don’t you? It was a happy accident.

I created a mask for the circle by cutting some window sheet to 10cm x 14.3cm (the same size as my card front) and then running it though the Bigshot to cut out the circle using the Circles Framelits. When I taped the mask down I didn’t realise the right edge of the card front was sticking out and I managed to get blue ink on it – hence the silver glimmer strip!

Oh and I covered the 3 kings and the star with a mask I cut out of a post-it note – one of the ones that has the sticky all over the back not just a strip at the top! I’m making a video of it so that will be coming some time next week, so do pop back to see it!

I added some silver glitter to the kings – I just love the new fine tip glue! I’ve listed all the products used in the card in the table below.

Well I hope you enjoyed my project. The next stop is the lovely Catherine, why don’t you go and take a look at what she’s made? Thanks for stopping by x
