Welcome to the Hello! Annual Catalogue 2016-2017 Blog Hop! You’ll be hopping around 11 amazing Stampin’ Up!® Independent Demonstrators blogs, each with an inspirational project, featuring new catalogue products.
Currently you’re visiting Tracy May from London, UK.  Hello there! You can continue hopping my using the previous and next buttons at the end of this post. Now, let’s scroll down to see what I’ve been making.
I’m still playing with my pre-order items until my order with lots of new goodies arrives! One of my favourite from my Stampin’ Up! pre-order is Pop of Paradise. (Stampin’ Up! demonstrators can order a certain amount of product a month before the catalogue goes live – I know, what a fabulous perk!)
I’m also still trying out arty-farty watercolour techniques lol! Sorry! But I do love water colouring! I love the fact that I can get fantastic, artsy results with stamps, inks and water!

I hope you like it. It’s really easy to do! I stamped the sentiment from the set in Memento Black ink and Versamark before embossing with clear embossing powder. It’s a cool little technique – just ink up the stamp with Versamark first and then the coloured ink. Sprinkle on clear embossing powder and heat set!

And there you have it. I’m not done with this set by a long shot but I can’t wait for all my new goodies to arrive soon too!

  7. Debbie S says:

Tracy, I regularly look at your website, your work is inspiring to me. How do you attach the metallic thread?

    • Hi Debbie, thank you I’m so glad you like my work 🙂 I put a little bit of tape adhesive on the area I want the thread to be, then I coil the thread up and kind of slap it down on the adhesive. I often then tweak it to the shape I want! 🙂

  8. Oooooo…. will you ever make a card I do not love??!! Thank you so much for taking part in our Hello Annual Catalogue Blog Hop and making it a great success! See you again next week! XX
