Spring Easter Bunny Treat Bag Video – using Stampin’ Up! ® products

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all fine and dandy today. A while back I posted a picture of two cute little bunny treat bags that I was intending to make in my March class. I was undecided on which colour to go for. In the end we made both, with a more grown up option available for the ladies to make if the preferred.

The bunnies went down a treat I must say! Also the Petite Petal flower stamp and punch bundle (wood or clear) used to decorate the grown up version was very popular, even amongst the ladies who made the bunny version!

Well back to the bunnies though, I filmed a video tutorial for the gift bags, and as the class was last week I can share it with you all now. I do hope you enjoy it.

Yay – what a fantastic weekend. The sun has been shining and the temperature has been very spring like. It’s amazing the difference it makes to everyone’s moods. The boys have been as mad as March hares (but nothing new there). My lovely husband took them out for about 4 hours yesterday, so I managed to film a few video tutorials! Yippee. I’m still in post production stage (ha ha get me – like I know what I’m talking about! NOT!! Lol!!).

Do you remember Batty – the little Hallowe’en Bat gift bag I made for the boys? Well Batty has metamorphosed into Bunny. I’m not sure which colour scheme to go with for my class at the end of the month. The May household is evenly split 2:2 on which one is the nicest. What do you think?

I am doing a grown up pretty version for the ladies in the class, who might not have little children in their lives but I won’t post a picture of those until after the class. If you are local and would like to join us you are more than welcome. You can find more details here.

I have a video tutorial for these bags, which I will post in a couple of weeks. Come back on Wednesday though to see the tutorial for this box using the envelope punch board.

To make Bunny you will need the following:

Card stock: Whisper White, Smoky Slate, Blushing Bride, Basic Black
Punches: Extra-large & Large Oval, 2 1/2“,1 3/4“, 3/4″ 1/2” Circle

Well not really, but hopefully the pictures below will help to brighten up the outlook. It’s been very wet and windy where I am for the last few weeks, it seems, but making a butterfly and flower mobile for a friend’s little girl, for her birthday, has made me feel a bit more like spring is not that far away.

I am really pleased with how this mobile turned out! It’s only the second one I have made. They are really quite simple to make but look stunning in my humble opinion / even if I do say so myself! J

What do you think?

I never did manage to get that Photography 101 with my sister over Christmas! I really must dig out my camera manual and try to take better pictures!
